      A.R.T. (Advanced Reiki Training)

Pre-requisite: Reiki Levels I and II

A.R.T. is a full-day class which includes:

1. • Japanese Reiki Techniques
   

2. • Grounding and Personal Practice guidelines
   

3. • Learning how to make a Reiki grid that will continuously
   send Reiki to yourself and others
   

4. • Introduction to and learning how to incorporate the
   Usui Master Symbol into your practice
   

5. •Two meditations and one Moving Meditation
   

6. •Advanced Reiki Training Attunement
   

7. •Class manual which summarizes information covered
   

8. •Certificate of Advanced Reiki Training Completion
